Modeling and Control of Power Electronics and Motion Control Systems
Starting unit: School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Instructor: Professor Dong Jiang
Hours / Credits: 32/2
Level Orientation: Master's Degree
This course is an elective course for graduate students majoring in electrical engineering. It is taught every spring semester. The course takes three-phase systems as the main object, with current-type converters and voltage-type converters as the main topology, and introduces the basic content of power electronics converters' average modeling and control system design, and pulse width modulation technology. On this basis, the expanded content is introduced, including motion control design, advanced pulse width modulation, and modeling and control of complex topological systems. Courses are taught in English and assessed through curriculum design.
