HUST, Wuhan, China, 24 June 2017
Since the inauguration on 11th June, 2017, IAS Wuhan chapter has grown and developed rapidly, appealing more and more experts, professors and enterprises to join it. In order to better connect the universities and institutes with social industrial companies, the annual academic seminar of IEEE IAS Wuhan Section was held in Huazhong University of Sci and Tech on June 24th , 2018. The meeting was hosted by professor Ronghai Qu, chair of IEEE IAS Wuhan Section, director of CAEMD, expert of the Recruitment Program of Global Experts.
6 professors and experts engaged in industry application were invited to give a speech respectively, covering the power source technology, motor field, power electronic devices, and new energy vehicles. Over 60 enterprise representatives and tens of teachers and students of HUST participated in the seminar. The reports fairly attracted the participants and the discussion between the speakers and the audiences was quite active.
