Since china is right at the era of rapid development of science and technology, very college student should think deeply about how to conform to the trend of the times, learn to bring their talents into the country's development and progress, so that they can walk out their own path of innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to let our school students learn more about some innovative entrepreneurial knowledge and experience, on the morning of April 11st, 2018, Dr. Luo Xuefang, chairman of the Jiangsu Luohua New Materials Company, was invited by IAS Wuhan Section to bring a lecture on the topic of "contradiction, choice, and progress!".

Dr. Luo started from her own point of view and told the whole entrepreneurship process based on the time axis. After graduating from master's degree in 2010, as an ordinary graduate, Ms. Luo began her first venture in life—Trade. During this period, Ms. Luo earned the first pot of life gold. Since then, she had been in contact with business people. In 2013, she founded an entity in Jiangsu Nantong and obtained government subsidy of 1,000 square meters of office and hatchery and 6.6 million talent subsidies. In 2016, the company entered the capital market to introduce venture capital, with an estimated value of 130 million. And in 2017, the company became bigger and received government support of 6,300 square meters of standard factory buildings. So far, the company valued 200 million. As a mother of three children, Ms. Luo had a heavy burden of life, and she also once hesitated, but eventually a sense of social responsibility supported her to the present.

In the course of the lecture, Ms. Luo gave her own suggestions based on her experience in starting a business:

Entrepreneurship is different from trade. Entrepreneurship requires space and technology. In order to start a business successfully, it is better to choose cities with the top 30% of GDP in China.

It is important to understand the policies of the corresponding cities.

The success of an enterprise is related to the entrepreneurial team, industry standards and national policies.

Starting a business will not be smooth sailing. We must insist and never give up.

Ms. Luo’s lecture has benefited us greatly. It gave students a clear understanding of entrepreneurship and pointed out the direction of the entrepreneurship in the future.

At the same time, he is the executive director of the Jiangsu Province Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Association, the vice chairman of the Jiangsu Nantong Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province, the elite overseas talents of the Nantong Overseas Students Returning Company, and the future tech and business leader of the AAMA Yajie Chamber of Commerce-cradle plan student.
